Pam Matejka

Pam came on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in February of 2007 as the Administrative Assistant to the Area Director for Greater Cleveland FCA. She then went on as a Field Associate working directly with the FCA huddles and leaders. Her long standing work with youth has prepared her for this role. Pamela has a heart for working with the youth and reaching them for Jesus Christ. God then led her away from FCA in late 2014 only to bring her back in March of 2016.

Pam has been married to Mike since 1994. They have three children; Ryan and his wife, Rebekah, Michael and Lauren. Pam loves to be active and is always hiking, biking or kayaking with her husband. She loves to travel and spend quality time with her family. Family game night is one of her favorite activities.

Pam came to know Jesus Christ as her Savior in 1992. She has attended Grace CMA Church since that time and continues to make that her church home. She has also volunteered at Grace CMA Church in various levels of the children’s ministry. Most of her work there has been with junior high students. She has also gone on a short term mission trip with the senior high students from Grace Church to Iquitos, Peru in 2011.

Pam has a Bachelor Degree in Education from Cleveland State University. This degree has provided many hours in classrooms working with students at all levels. She has worked in the schools as a substitute teacher in two school districts, mostly on the high school level. She then went on to be the Learning Disabilities Tutor at Shiloh Junior High School in Parma, Ohio.
